Ours is a 24-hour operation specialising in high volume, high quality and full colour web printing for a wide range of clients including advertising agencies, financial institutions and various other commercial clients.

Our production department utilises the Quantity Time Management System (QTMS) which enables tracking progress from start to finish. Automated presses allow for; colour management to FOGRA standards, automated web and register controls, up to 24 different fold configurations; the ability to print 1 to 10 colours simultaneously and A1 capacity. We have access to more than 2,000 tonnes of variable grade paper at any given time

We have four web heat set presses which deliver high quality printing in a wide range of formats to accommodate our clients requirements for short, medium and long run production ranging in size from Broadsheet to DL:

• Polyman 16 page A1 Web
  The Polyman has a double folder which has the ability to fold down to A4, ready for inserting into newspapers.
• Polyman 16 page A1 Web
  with sheeter
• KBA 214, 16 page, 5 colour A1 Web
• Octoman 8 page 5 colour A2 with sheeter

We further offer; perfect binding, saddle stitching, 3-way trimming, guillotining, folding, UV and spot UV varnishing, and silver latex.
