We are accustomed to handling numerous, simultaneous short-run jobs, which present a host of challenges; some jobs are urgent, others less immediate, some need to be printed on specific machines, whilst others can be printed on a wider range of equipment. We offer fully integrated and automated digital workflows including collaborative on line proofing, FOGRA certified contract proofing, colour management to FOGRA press certification standards and on press colour management with automated web and register controls, multiple fold options, in line trimming and finishing capability including in-line gluing and machine varnish. We have one of the largest Bindery facilities in the southern hemisphere, equipped with the latest technology to provide finishing as simple as trimming and wrapping or as complicated as folding, collating, perfect binding and hard case binding. A unique feature of our bindery is the duplication of all equipment, providing full redundancy and guaranteeing our clients peace of mind with regard to delivery commitments. We also specialise in publishing soft and hard cover coffee table books, maps and guide books, leisure books, special interest books, educational books, and bibles amongst others. We offer a complete service including; conventional and digital prepress featuring computer to plate. Our press department consists of sheetfed offset and heat and coldset web offset presses complimented with film laminating.
